We continue serialization of Empowered vol. 12, which proved to be the final volume of the series in this specific graphic-novel format, though I was unaware of that unfortunate reality when I started work on the book.

Note that Scary, Badass Emp is tromping through pools of blood leaking from a wide assortment of slain supervills who imperiled her less-badass OG iteration during Empowered vol. 9. 

Gotta say that I still quite like the way Scary Emp's flowing locks worked out. This was a random art riff I experimented with during this volume just for the hell of it, one of many such efforts I tried out whilst grinding through vol. 12; alas, many of the art concepts I toyed with worked out notably less well. 

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used.
